Hi, my name is Sori. Nice to e-meet you all! :-)

Firstly, thank you so much for coming by and checking out what we do!
IncrEdible Flower Cakes is a home based business located in Rhodes NSW 2138 and has been established since 2016.
We offer baked goods and custom cakes which are all made from scratch. And we also hold cake decorating classes/private lessons from time to time.
A little bit of myself - I am a qualified pastry chef who graduated from French culinary school called 'Le cordon bleu' in 2014 and worked in the industry for a couple of years as a chef then decided to leave commercial kitchen behind to begin my own journey which led me to start up this small business of mine in 2016. Since then. I have been creating all these beautiful edible arts and teaching various cake decorating courses at Australian Patisserie Academy in Ryde TAFE.
